Advanced training sessions for Attack, Middies, Defense, and Goalies! Winter Hybrid Training sessions will consist of both positional training and live competition. These sessions will push tempo, maximize repetition, and focus strongly on individual development. Get ready to bring the hard work and energy! All players must have at least three years of experience.
